A discussion with participants as part of a virtual workshop this week got me thinking and created the theme for this week’s conversation! A participant reminded us that “what we do as leaders ‘upstream’ impacts everything that happens ‘downstream'” – the way we behave, the quality of the working relationship, all impact our capacity to build an accountable culture and to delegate work effectively.
