Ewan Stickley supports Leaders and teams to build inspiring organisations. Ewan is an Executive coach, mentor, facilitator and trainer with experience working at all levels of an organisation.

Ewan’s first career was in commercial operations for Walt Disney and Pret A Manger before moving into learning and development for Arcadia Group (Top Shop) and talent management for The Pentland Group (Lacoste, Speedo & Berghaus).

He uses a wide range of methods to make the learning relevant, combining experiential learning with real business issues. His facilitation style is energetic and engaging, combining creativity, curiosity and empathy.

Ewan has delivered programmes in leadership, management development, culture change and team effectiveness in Europe, China, India and North America. He coaches individuals and teams in a systemic approach and places great emphasis is building  trusting relationships with clients.
