An experienced actor, Michael also works as a business consultant, facilitator and coach, helping his clients build personal impact, rapport and connection. Michael’s work focuses on the areas of individual and organisational communication, management and leadership, innovation and creativity.

Working with Prior Consulting, Michael and Jonathan Cook have developed a series of programmes, often working with additional actors or people from a relevant industry to provide immersive experiences for organisational clients to explore, experiement with and practice new approaches to communication and engagement. Topics covered include sales negotiation techniques, rapport and relationship building, dealing with conflict, giving and receiving feedback, decision making and facilitation skills.

These programmes have received great feedback and offered participants life-changing experiences as they build confidence and challenge long-held, self limiting beliefs.
