He uses a wide range of methods to make the learning relevant, practical and meaningful. He is an experienced psychometric practitioner and specialises in a strengths-focused approach to development and people management.
Ewan has delivered programmes in leadership development, culture change and team effectiveness in Europe, China, India and North America. He coaches individuals and teams in a systemic approach and places great emphasis is building trusting relationships with clients. His style is lively, engaging, challenging and a little bit mischievous.
