A qualified coach and experienced facilitator working with Boards and Senior Teams, Jonathan delivers workshops with skill and verve, keeping groups focused on the agenda, making sure they get to a result.
He is well versed in the language of behavioural competencies, having been working with competency frameworks to support businesses and HR processes for over 14 years.
Jonathan has a particular interest in the area of strategic decision making and is currently leading the implementation of a new methodology “Think Again” designed to help Boards and Senior Teams improve decision making.
Following an ‘in-house’ HR and L&D career in the Technology and Utility sectors, Jonathan now works as a consultant with clients in the technology, pharmaceuticals, finance and public sectors, delivering programmes in the UK, continental Europe, USA and Asia Pacific.
